Fredricks Chase & Associates, LLC (FCA) is a Disabled Veteran owned business created to build permanent affordable housing for homeless Veterans, abused/battered women and children.
We want to provide a place to call home for fellow Veterans, abused/battered women and children in the Greater Austin area. This is a mission one Veteran cannot do alone. Our Veterans deserve to have a place of their own. Help us to help them.

How Fredricks Chase & Associates began
I currently serve as a Realtor with J B Goodwin Realtors of Williamson County. I began my Realtor career in hopes of accomplishing two goals. One, making a difference in people's lives by helping them acquire their forever home. Two, funding Fredricks Chase & Associates to build housing for homeless Veterans, abused/battered women and children in the Austin area.

Past opportunities include serving as an English, Language Arts and Reading Teacher (4-8), a Journalist for the Tombstone Epitaph, writing several plays that were performed in local churches in Tucson, Arizona, Dallas, Texas, Corpus Christi, Texas and Pflugerville, Texas.
